WSET beer courses – Beer School Perho PRO

Perho PRO is an Approved Program provider of Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET). We have been providing WSET Wine education since 2001. We are one of the rare course providers who offer even the WSET Level 4 Diploma in Wines. In 2024 WSET launches beer qualifications and we are proud to be the first provider of these courses in the Nordic Countries!

The courses at Perho PRO Beer School are based on the high standards and methods of all WSET courses. Successful candidates will receive a certificate and a pin to show their achievement.

We offer two levels

WSET Level 1 Award in Beer

This course does not require prior knowledge in beer. The course offers plenty of information even for someone who already has some knowledge in beer. We study beer in theory and taste samples to put theory into practice. We’ll learn the basics of food pairing and how beer is made.

WSET Level 2 Award in Beer

In this course we dive deeper and you get to broaden your beer knowledge. Level 2 course is longer in duration, and we explore approximately 50 different beer styles.

Both courses are held in English.
